Background video issue with FancyMenu

So, I have a small clip that I set up to the background of the main menu, but when I launch the game, it renders  an "image" of the loading screen, then does the same thing anytime I go into another menu. If I reload FancyMenu, it works properly until I relaunch the game. Any thoughts?
