How do I use it in a static page?

First of all thanks for this outstanding qr-scanner package. 
I know asking question here is not right thing to do .
Just want to know whether I can use it without bower/npm?
It would be great if you can upload this codebase to be used as html,css,javascript files somewhere in jsfiddle/codepen.
I have myself tried to do so , but getting error "Your browser is not supported"
