Description

Machine Learning algorithms could be used to recognise patterns in existing business processes.

Sub-Tasks

Possible scenarios:

• Forecasting of demand, sales numbers (and sales spikes) by analyzing existing sales data
• Detecting unoptimized or even risky processes
• Creating more efficient processes by analyzing data and statistics from previous years (a good example would be in a production environment where you can use data about machines failing, maintenances and repairs).

Sounds like a good idea to me. We just need to keep in mind that this typically not used by a developer or process modeller but rather an analyst who is looking out for the performance of an already automated process.
We also require a bunch of data to do so. At this point in time we do not have any. 🤔
