Why Is This Enhancement Needed?

This enhancement is required to support changes in the auto-fluorescence system.

Proposed Solution

Display color histograms from video steam. The easiest way to accomplish this would be to add a histogram filter (https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Histogram) to the ffmpeg arguments in https://github.com/MissouriMRDT/RPi-Camera/ config.toml for the auto-florescence camera. Add any histogram overlays our scientists ask for.
