replicated vias only show up after reopening file in 5.99_test

with the Kicad_action_plugins 5.99_test branch

when replicating a layout the vias in the replication only show up after i reopen the design. \

I'm not shure wether this is a kicad or a action plugin issue.

This is a KiCad issue. For the time we're waiting for new Python API to appear, then I'll try to push for a solution
