[BUG] Not refreshing when user does action

Describe the bug

• Sometimes, it occurs, but not always. When that's the case, both errors can be visible
• When user changes opacity, nothing occurs
• When user clears and adds more features into a GEOJSONLayer nothing occurs
• there is no error in the console
• There is 3 layers: OSM background, OSM layer (with opacity picker above) and GEOJSONLayer
• the globe is still fine and the user can rotate it

Capture 1 : Initial state. 400 features loaded, initial opacity

Capture 2 : Buggy state, 1200 features (but only 400 visibles), opacity not used
