Discovery needs to return characteristics AND services

It is not uncommon for a device to have two services each with an identical characteristic ID. Since this is only collecting characteristics, you will only get one of the two returned.

This should be fixed by the listServices command added in #33 right?

All the read and write functions also take an optional service to identify duplicate characteristics

the change is not yet release but i will finish some changes on Monday and publish a new version of the plugin.

listServices gets closer, but I see that it still doesn't propagate through to android yet, so the subscribe() function doesn't accept specifying the service.

Subscribe always allows specifying the service. That should also be possible on Android.
But i noticed the internal list in the kotlin code only uses the uuid of the characteristic as key so there is still something missing.
Or did you find any problem with specifiyng the service?

I will add the service on the android side and expand my test case to verify this.
Will probably do a release with the fix today or tomorrow.

It should work now on the master branch. For the release i have to wait for a PR and Release in btleplug.

This issue is fixed but I am waiting for deviceplug/btleplug#445 for the next release
