CreateEndpoint error - connection refused

Installed non-root version on AXIS M1075-L running Axis OS 12.4.59. Install worked (but needed reboot), and I registered the device with tailscale successfully. I can ping the AXIS camera but when trying to open a browser to it I get this in the log:
CreateEndpoint error for 100.71.47.7:56174 -> 100.111.237.78:80: connection was refused

Any ideas?

This does not look like an issue with Tailscale itself but rather a connectivitiy issue, its the same as trying to ssh into the camera and getting “connection refused.”
Its most likely as simple as port 80 not being used, maybe you have https enabled?(enabled by defualt on os 12)
It could also be the firewall blocking the connection, it does happen.
Sorry I cant be of more assistance but let us know if you resolve the issue and what it was.

Should HTTPS be disabled for Tailscale to work?

No it doesnt need to be disabled it just uses port 443 instead of 80, I meant to say maybe https only is enabled but i see it isnt.
