Manage auto-load settings #2820

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users can currently link a project to a specific plane so that the project will be automatically loaded as soon as the aircraft is loaded in the sim.
There is no overview for these auto-load configuration settings.
Describe the solution you'd like
As a user I can see an overview of associated projects and their aircraft.
As a user I can manage these settings, e.g. delete them.
Additional context
Naturally, the setting should be manageable on project level too. Especially if we are able to define the aircraft context for a project.
