Missing Config Reference status is not displayed with icon

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an output config. Close.
2. Create a second output config.
3. Add a Config reference using the first config. Use #. Close.
4. Delete 1st config
5. Run MobiFlight
6. See error

Expected behavior
Missing Config Reference icon should show.

Actual behavior
Icon doesn't show.

Details

• MobiFlight Version: 10.5.3.25

Additional context
The Wizard will also not display the missing config item. It will be silently dropped if the user closes the dialog with OK.
