How to register resources at the Broker

For registering the resources at the Broker, it is important to follow the correct sequence.

First, register the connector at the Broker.
Second, register the resources at the Broker.

If a new resource or resource catalog has been created, it is important to re-register at the Broker, before you can register the new resources. When re-registering the connector at the Broker, all previously registered resources will be gone and have to be re-registered too.

Registration currently does not work reliably with the Configuration Manager GUI. Therefore, use the Swagger UI for Broker registration. Do the following steps in the Swagger UI:

1. Register the connector using Messages > /api/ids/connector/update Connector update message. A broker URL to use would be https://ids.broker.test.mobilitydataspace.io/infrastructure
2. List the offered resources to know what you need to register with Offered Resources > /api/offers Get a list of base resources...
3. For each listed resource (the self URLs with offers in the path) copy the link and paste it as the resourceId in Messages > /api/ids/resource/update Resource Update Message. Use the Broker URL from step 1 as recipient.
