Open booking initiatives for demand responsive transportation:
TOMP has early deployments in several regions of the Netherlands including connecting taxi operators with regional consumer apps. TOMP is designed for interoperability with open standards, including explicitly with GBFS and GOFS.
TDS has been run as a demonstration project and does appear to be public hosted (yet). In June 2025, MTC in the San Fransisco Bay Area awarded a contract for regional paratransit booking using the specification.
ONDC is in use by taxi operators in Bengaluru and consumed by Namma Yatri.
