What is the issue and why is it an issue?

I would like to know if it would be possible to change the schema so rental_methods can accept Upper, ive seen many GBFS like that.

Please describe some potential solutions you have considered (even if they aren’t related to GBFS).

Just changing the allowed values and introduce Upper Values too
