@jcpitre Small clarification/modification. When you say

"We should revise the whole document", I assume you mean "we should review the entire README.md for broken links and missing versions and fix them". A comprehensive content revision of the README should be done in another issue from my perspective.

Yes. Just repair the most obvious issues.
When I say "We should revise the whole document", I mean don't just repair what is explicitly described in this issue. Look at the rest of the document and find and repair similar errors, if any.
