Improved location search: Now when you search for a location like “Montreal” or “Australia”, any feed with a stop in that location will appear. On the feed page, you’ll see a heatmap that shows which locations in that feed have the most stops:
See if data is active or outdated: on a GTFS Schedule feed page, you can now see if the service in the feed is running now, expired, or happening in the future. This is based on the calendar and calendar dates files in the GTFS feed.
Spreadsheet upgrades: For apps relying on our spreadsheet to ingest the Mobility Database, there’s a new version! Use the new link shared here to access:
All feeds, including ones that are imported from external sources
Automatically extracted information that’s updated each time the data changes, including
Bounding box
Features list
Locations
The old spreadsheet will be made unavailable after July 30th.
