Related schedule and realtime feeds don't update when changed

Describe the problem

Took a look at a realtime feed page example: https://mobilitydatabase.org/feeds/mdb-1771

I noticed that in this case, the static reference was updated (1235 was changed to 193 because we didn't initially realize there were two different DART's). However, the page shows both static references, not 1. It's correct in the spreadsheet (only 193 displays, not 1235), so wondering if the API response needs to be "refreshed" somehow.

Proposed solution

Update so only the reference to 193 is included.
