Missing column values for gtfs-realtime feeds in sources_v2.csv

Description

The following information is missing for gtfs-realtime feeds in the exported sources_v2.csv:

• bounding box columns
• redirect columns
• status

@davidgamez About the bounding box, it's not something we return in the API for the realtime feeds. We still want it in the csv file?
