Add notification badges

User feedback request: adding notification badges (number counter) next to icon so that if a notification is dismissed, the user is further reminded to complete a task.

May be difficult to implement as there's no way to schedule when a badge has been fired ootb with this plugin: https://github.com/katzer/cordova-plugin-badge
