Mod set to break=true does not allow the blocks from that mod to be broken. Permission for break not working either #29
Description
When certain blocks are banned, break flag set to false, blocks are still unbreakable.
Global config set to break=false as well.
Trying to give player mmcrestrict.bypass.break.* does not work either if a whole mod is flagged as use banned or own banned.
When trying to break a banned block is says block usege is banned not break.
My opinion is breaking a block is being flagged as use.
