Initial planning #1
Description
We need to plan uvx based CLI tool. First of all:
- Check PRD.md
- Check files under "mci-docs"
- Check current state of project
Write a PLAN.md file, a detailed implementation plan to complete the project described in PRD.md. Break it down into stages, maximum 10 stages. Include needed directories, files, class names as well as needed manual, feature and unit test per stage. Stages should be logically aligned with each other in sequence that considers the building process from scratch. So, main modules at first, than building on top of that.
If you can recommend any credible packages (2000+ stars) to make code easier to maintain, please include in PLAN.md
