Model submission – website inconsistencies

There are a few inconsistencies between the output of the model submission process and what is currently in place for the website:

• Animations: the website expects a list (animations), while the submission workflow only produces a single entry (animation)
  • Change the website to only allow one animation?
  • Fixed in Animation changes #55
• Licence: the workflow doesn't include a licence file (licence.licence_file) or name (licence.name)
  • e.g. see Restore licence file for sandiford-2021 model #53
• Metadata file: ideally, we should include a field in the model submission workflow's output index.md file for a metadataFile pointing to the RO-Crate file for the model
  • e.g. see Add RO-Crate files for some models #50
