Failed to retrieve knowledge base summary

When I choose to use the model to summarize the content of the knowledge base, "Failed to retrieve knowledge base summary". I have tried all models on siliconflow. I don't know the reason for the error. Is it a problem with model selection, project configuration, or the knowledge base?

The second problem I encountered is that after uploading the knowledge base, the Agent can find it, but it prompts that the knowledge base is empty.
