本地部署知识库无法解析文档

本地部署nexent后，在知识库中导入官网给出的pdf文档，只能上传，但是无法切片、解析，显示0文档、0分块。
这个问题在web端也出现过。目前我们小队三个人都出现了这个情况，无法进行下一步操作。

Yes. I confirmed the document itself can be successfully processed in my local environment, using the same embedding model as yours. Please make sure:

1. Your local images fits the latest version (v1.7.6 in the bottom left corner of your page)
2. Your embedding model is available all the time (check the logs in nexent-config to see if there were any api errors)

We recently receive complaints about the unstable siliconflow model service. If you are using BAAI/bge-m3 from siliconflow, you can try another model service provider like aliyun bailin, tokenpony etc. to see whether the problem is solved.

在我的本地环境中遇到了相同的问题，已经确认SiliconFlow嵌入模型连接性良好，它们在处理Agent记忆时表现出正常工作状态。

能否提供检查本地镜像版本是否适配的方法？我已经尝试了好几次删除所有数据重新在本地部署Nexent平台。

另外，如果需要在本地检查相关日志应该查看哪个容器？

Here's a few insights which might be helpful.

• If you want to upgrade Nexent, it is NOT necessary to clean up the data in your user folder. However, you need to remove the older images in your terminal. You can see detailed instructions in our docs and follow step1 & step2 to do so.
• There's not yet an easy way to check the image version, so it is wiser to delete and redeploy Nexent images when you are not sure. Somehow the version number in your webpage could be persuasive.

• You can check the logs in nexent-data-process, nexent-config containers for information when you meet knowledgebase problems.
