Here's a few insights which might be helpful.

  • If you want to upgrade Nexent, it is NOT necessary to clean up the data in your user folder. However, you need to remove the older images in your terminal. You can see detailed instructions in our docs and follow step1 & step2 to do so.
  • There's not yet an easy way to check the image version, so it is wiser to delete and redeploy Nexent images when you are not sure. Somehow the version number in your webpage could be persuasive.
  • You can check the logs in nexent-data-process, nexent-config containers for information when you meet knowledgebase problems.
