Temporarily, you can try deleting the files in the %USERPROFILE%/nexent-data/elasticsearch directory and recreating the knowledge base; this should be able to solve your current problem. Additionally, we hope you can provide the conditions that trigger this problem so that we can reproduce it and then fix it. |

Just now i update my nexent,but i meet very a terrible problems


the problem of knowledge base,which one is already be fixed in 1.7.6,but in 1.7.7 it occur again!
(I established a new knowledge base.)
