Interactive mode for missing arguments

Like powershell: when required arguments are missing, prompt the user. 
Feature should be toggable. 

Question is how i/o is abstracted. Probably some interface with a very simple default implementation based on Console.WriteLine/ReadLine, and consumers can supply their own implementations.
