Update app branding and icons for MEDReport AI
- Changed the title in index.html from "Ionic Playground" to "MEDReport AI". - Updated the app name in ionic.config.json to "MEDReport AI". - Replaced various app icons across different resolutions to align with the new branding. - Updated favicon and other asset images to reflect the new app identity.
