Modus CLI downloads Readme.md which is a Guidelines-specific document. Instead, the CLI should automatically download README.sample.md and rename it to README.md unless another readme exists in the project

This somewhat applies to the license file as well, unless all Modus repos will be MIT that is

We're going for MIT by default so it should be alright for now
