Light version: Dracula Alucard

I am doing theme hopping like crazy, but finally, I plan to say with Dracula. I love its palette and contrast. However, I wanted to try to use light theme settings one day. There is a light variant of Dracula called Alucard.

Is it okay it term of legal/license if we port this light theme here?
I see Doom Themes also had Monokai Pro variants which also a paid theme.
