Missing images

Hi, I installed the template and seeded the database but the images are empty. I get error OPTIMIZED_EXTERNAL_IMAGE_REQUEST_FAILED for the url's. When I go to the media in the Admin panel, the items are there but the images are missing. Is this expected?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I recently released an update to the project.

Please update your project to the latest version. This update includes a new migration, so make sure to run the migration against your database using the following command:

pnpm migrate

After updating and running the migration, please let me know if the issue still persists.

I have to say I'm a bit confused how i can update this template. I initially installed the project with
npm create-payload-app my-project -t website

I updated all payload npm packages but i don't know how to get the latest migrations.
