Commit message doesn't change when using non-modal commit interface in Pycharm

Hello,
unfortunately, it seems that the commit message isn't automatically changed after checkout to a different branch when a "non-modal commit interface" is used. When using modal window, it works as expected.

It was tested on Mac OS 13.4. and PyCharm 2023.2.
