Error loading files

I try to load MS abundance data but it is giving me an error with the following error message.
"An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification."

I downloaded the example files it worked well. I took time to format my data as described in the manual but it is still giving me errors.

How do I access the log to read the error message?
