Reproduction:
I was refining an anomaly core using cold tritium and cold nitrogen, very standard mix of 20-380 kpa of each, when the TTV popped out of the anomaly core refiner, and then exploded. To iterate, i clicked refine, it popped out, and exploded. It also gave me this message from the machine "The anomaly refinery beeps, "ERROR: An firmware issue was detected while starting a process. Running autopatcher."
The anomaly refinery exclaims, "Issue resolved. Have a nice day!". This all happened over the span of maybe 1-2 seconds. No idea if this is as intended.
