Reproduction:

I had died and a sawbone had replaced my lux to revive me. Afterwards they placed tainted lux to replace the regular lux to revive for later. When we got lux to replace the tainted I was stuck with the debuff still after. Admins tried to fix it, but somehow removing all debuffs still left the debuff.
