Reproduction:

If you use Eye of Night with the Blood Rune ability, you lose the ability to create Blood Runes outside of the Arcane Observation Ball state. THIS IS EXTREMELY DISTURBING and can ruin almost all of the gameplay on the Vampire Lord.
