Project build error due to dotnet mgcb

Hello! I can build sample project: ShipGame

In powershell:

dotnet mgcb not work, only mgcb work

@hloychik if you've already installed mgcb, you don't need to run it using dotnet mgcb. Only the IDEs tend to use dotnet mgcb. Just use mgcb .... if running it from the command line yourself.
