Support projects with multiple package managers #10

Hi, this looks like a promising project so far. However, I often develop multi-language projects with multiple package managers, e.g. cargo + npm for WASM web development. In that scenario, only npm is currently detected. Would it be possible to support this use case by providing a command argument, API, key binding or UI element that allows the different managers to be selected? This would be very helpful.
