Issue with recognition or utilization

Hello again!

I managed to (I hope) successfully download the filament area analyzing tool and am attempting to get it to work. So far I've:

Imported images in a virtual stack
Set them to 8-bit and adjusted brightness and contrast to make filaments stand out more

And here is where I begin to run into issues. When I try to right click "a", it simply doesn't work. It instead says "Cancel finding all connected regions." This also happens when I try to normally click "a." Maybe I've downloaded it wrong? This is my first time really trying Fiji and downloading macros.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

sorry we have been at a conference last week and I did not see this ticket.
I'm not sure which tool you are referring to, Filament_Morphology_Tool or Filament_Tools.
If you tell me what you want to do and send me an image, I will test it.

Right-click-a should open the options dialog. And click-a should run the macro on the current image.
