Resolution measurements at lower NA.

We were trying to the resolution of a Zeiss axiozoom system with a 2.3x 0.57NA objective and it totally failed, presuamble because it thought all the spots were the "wrong" size. Using MetrolojQC we got results which were a bit below expected theoretical resolution but only by about 1.5x.

Obviously we don't yet have the new bead finding algorithm so that may be the issue, but we should check that it can deal with lower NAs and the lower resolution data produced by that.

The new version should. I use the LoG algorithm and manipulating min and max sigmas it should be able to find them. The default values are anyway set to find beads that are matching the nyquist.

I'm fiddling with some issues when there are very weak beads in a noise image. Essentially a few corner cases I want to capture.
