docs: Troubleshooting section or a separate MD file with instructions commonly referenced from bug report replies

Troubleshooting steps are needed, either in a slightly different section of troubleshooting md file or in it's own file:

• Instructions of how to exclude patches using expert mode and binary search to find if a specific patch is causing an issue (first step should be to patch with only GmsCore support and verify the issue is fixed or not, then proceed with binary search of including/excluding)
• Instructions how to use debug flag manager to exclude all client side boolean flags, and explain a simple strategy to find a flag if it's found that turning off flags fixes it (binary or add/remove X flags at a time.)
• Generic troubleshooting steps to try using any or all of:
  • Clear app data
  • Try using a different YT account
  • Patch the oldest supported YT / Music target
  • Turn on version spoofing
