List available databases / valid values

Have a command or option to display the valid databases / values for different commands. E.g. the organism database names, the valid databases for link/conv/list etc. Maybe other valid values beyond database names should be displayed somewhere. This is to allow the user to see valid values without necessitating raising an exception first.
