no STUDY_ID or ANALYSIS_ID #13
Description
Out of the repaired set, I just discovered a set of files that don't seem to have either a STUDY_ID or ANALYSIS_ID in the metadata.
I only discovered them because I was generating results files from them, and was getting "__Results.txt".
A text file with the file names is attached. I've checked a couple and verified that the data isn't in either the mwtab or json formats.
