Can't Find Controllers

Hi,
I can't find controllers in my setup (and TT RGB Plus output error code h_0x0001)
I have a Thermaltake floe riing rgb 360 and this is my debug:

If TTController and TT RGB Plus cant find your controller then you most likely need to RMA it.
Make sure you controller is properly connected. You can also try changing the usb port on the motherboard to a different one.
