Hi there, are you able to help me out setup my 3 Riing Plus fans please ?

Post output of debug report and describe desired setup.

HID and controllers lines are blank

If they are blank, what controller do you have?
And does TT RGB Plus work for you?

Failed to load the config!

As you can see the config has errors that prevent the service from loading, post the full config.json file contents.

I've got the Riing Plus 12 premium , none of their software work

If thermaltake software does not work then either you connected the controller wrong or its dead and needs to be replaced.
Can help here, sorry.

I would want the fans at %30 when under 46 or wno load and %80 when temperature over 65 please
