Chats tab shows UI glitch for newly created accounts #379

Describe the bug
When the account is new and there are no chats, after starting an order but before it is accepted, you can see one or a couple of extra lines
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
With a new account, create an order and go to the chat tab before someone accepts the order — or create a new account and go to the chats tab.
Expected behavior
clean chat tab
