Make downloaded media last longer in memory in chat #385
Description
Downloaded media in P2P chat is cached only while the app is open. When the app is killed, the media is deleted, and if the user wants to view it again, they must download it again, which is detrimental for those using mobile data.
I propose that downloaded media be stored on the phone for the duration of the session for that command (currently it lasts 72 hours).
