store passwords outside motion config files

Hi, I'm looking about a way to not have password stored in motion config files.

Currently I have something like my-cam-garden.conf

camera_id = 1
camera_name = garden
netcam_url rtsp://CAM_USERNAME:[email protected]:88/video

I would like to build podman container image with config builtin, and keep the user & passwords externalized. For example:

• in an ENV var
• or using a reference to a file in which password is stored (cf. podman's secrets concept and file /run/secrets/mysecret made availble in container)

Is there already any way to achieve that ?
