Documentation enhancement: Quotes are not needed for text_left and text_right

According to the documentation of the options text_left and text_right, quotes are needed when using spaces and new lines:

You can use Conversion Specifiers to define this field and also include a new line specifier as \n and spaces if this option is enclosed in quotes.

However, motion works fine without these quotes. If you use the web interface to change these options, no quotes are put as well.

I suggest to clarify this sentence.
