Hello, since I updated from version 4.3.2 to 4.5.1 I'm getting the error "ffmpeg_set_outputfile: Permission denied"

Is there an issue I should be aware of?
To be clear motion is running as the user motion (as shown by the command sudo ps -U motion -u motion u) and motion has ownership and full permission of the target_dir. I even tried with motion's own home directory: /var/lib/motion

I'm using debian bookworm on raspberry 3.
