[Feature Request] GitHub Static Time: Also Process Lazy Loaded Content

Github Static Time only works on the initial content of page, but when content is changed then it Github Static Time is not applied.

Examples:
#1 https://github.com/ --> The home section is loaded afterwards, timestamps are not changed
#2 https://github.com/Mottie/GitHub-userscripts/issues --> Add a filter word like "static", then the content is updated, timestamps are not changed

Of course a reload fixes it again.
