[Bug] Imported instance mods #229

When using the check for updates button on an imported instance it assumes all mods are "installed manualy" preventing it from being updated. not sure if this is intentional or not
Steps to reproduce
Import a fabric modded instance with at least 1 mod that has a modrinth page on prism. Now import that instance to pandora. Once imported go to the mods page and press check for updates.
This issue is unique
I think so.
